Thinking about genesis (Josephine Avenue and the star-shaped city center) defines the conceptual background. The skyscraper, with its orientation and shape, follows and tangents the direction of the historical axis. The volumes and surfaces are partly fragments of the star-shaped urban grid which shapes adapt to the infiltration of each urban direction. Traffic is the theme of integration. Sarajevska and Nazorova streets are connected by a straight corridor for pedestrians, and the current bus station crosses over to the railway side (underneath it). Also, the garages are located on the same area (underground levels). All pedestrian routes intertwine within a safe walking, car-free zone that is above and below ground.
