The intervention is embedded into the existing funnel-shaped terrain, where contour lines transform into platforms that organize the program and circulation. Peripheral lamellae form a clear framework, while the central park remains natural and continuous. Traffic and parking are moved below ground and onto rooftops, freeing the ground level for pedestrian and public space.
