Conceived as a compact block that reinterprets the urban sequence of Osijek’s ensembles. At the centre of the volume, an open space with multifunctional halls is formed, becoming the spatial and symbolic core of the building. The volume is predominantly introverted, organized around an atrium, with controlled openings to the exterior through green loggias.
