Conceived as an introverted insula organized around a central square, creating its own micro-environment. The interior space opens toward greenery and the river, while maintaining a compact, controlled edge toward its surroundings. The composition arises from the relationship between a horizontal platform and a vertical tower; a new urban accent in the city.
