The complex is conceived as a closed volume toward the north and an open system toward the river, establishing a clear relationship between protection and openness. Transparent surfaces to the south and east dissolve the boundary between interior and landscape. The indoor and outdoor pools are functionally separated but connected by a continuous spatial layer.
