The existing stone villa is renovated through the preservation of its original structure and the introduction of contemporary layers. Historical elements remain the carriers of identity, while new materials and openings establish continuity toward the landscape and the sea. The intervention balances restoration and interpolation, combining tradition with contemporary use.
