The building is conceived as a spatial junction of land and sea, established through a continuous system above and below sea level. The volume is perforated with openings that allow the sea to enter the structure. The above-ground parts are articulated as distinct volumes, referencing the morphology of volcanic forms becoming part of the landscape.
