The logic of individual Austro-Hungarian buildings, the extension of the ridge continuity of the northern line of existing housing structures and the respect for urban parameters lead to a synthesis in the definition of the project thus being its initial element – the beginning of the existing urban composition. The shape is full and cantilevered at its beginning. It covers and preserves the width of the pedestrian corridor of the western stretch. The volume is complete, unambiguous, perforated with openings. The roof is part of the same membrane with the façade. By formally connecting the ridges and eaves of the continuation of the houses in a row, it derives the theme in the manner of historicist residential buildings.
