The volume is defined as the initial element of a sequence, compact and clearly projected toward the street. A cantilevered end shelters the pedestrian route and emphasizes urban continuity. A unified envelope of façade and roof reinterprets the historic motif of the surrounding Austro-Hungarian barracks in a contemporary form.
