The composition derives from a mirrored interpretation of the urban tissue. Three parallel volumes are inserted into an elongated volume, determined by the geometry of the plot. The design is enriched by metaphors of a kayak in mid-stroke and a boat moving away, complemented by a horizontal theme expressed through the façades.
