The relationship between the shape of the plot within functional logic, the correct orientation, the separation of basic from supporting spaces and elementariness in the use of artistic elements are the basic settings of the concept. The volume is a single story building. The trapezoidal sides of the plot are taken over in the north-eastern, north-western and south-eastern margins of the form, which in its essence tends towards the cardinal north-south orientation through the floor plan. The volume thus generated is divided into two functional and design units. The larger and dominant one belongs to the kinder garden and nursery units, while the smaller one belongs to the staff or technical service block. Separate segments in the composition are connected to each other by a central axis, a link that extends from the entrance to the end of the building.

COMPETITION FOR THE DESIGN OF THE ZAPREŠIĆ CITY SWIMMING POOL_1ST PRIZE

The Zagreb Architects’ Association (DAZ) has announced the results of the Public, general, single-stage, anonymous, for implementation, II. degree of complexity ARCHITECTURAL-URBAN DESIGN COMPETITION FOR THE DESIGN OF A CONCEPTUAL SOLUTION FOR THE ZAPREŠIĆ CITY SWIMMING POOL, and we are very happy to have won first prize!

RENOVATION OF THE AMADRIA PARK GRAND HOTEL 4 OPATIJSKA CVIJETA_ opened

After several months of construction (and a lot of time under design), our new project AMADRIA PARK GRAND HOTEL 4 OPATIJSKA CVIJETA, located in Opatija (Croatia), has finally opened. The hotel renovation works are according to our design (architecture) and interior design (by the company HBA from London, UK).
