Careful cleaning and restoration of the facade will retain the character and charm of the building, ensuring it blends harmoniously with the coastal environment.
The traditional terracotta roof tiles are preserved replicated to maintain the villa’s historical appeal while improving the roof’s insulation to meet modern energy efficiency standards, also, key historical features such as old wooden beams and decorative elements (like molding and stucco) are carefully restored or incorporated into the design.
