The house is located on a slope with a pronounced drop to the southwest characterized by a uniform typology of individual housing. Access is from the top of the slope, just after the connecting, street bend.
The slope of the terrain, the shape of the plot, the bend, the neighborhood and the presence of views generate a decision about the house’s composition.
The floor plan is a trapezoid that opens towards the slope. The volume is retained and closed in the northwest, and on the other sides it opens and changes the geometry in layers on the floors, alternating the aesthetics of the cantilever projection. The house consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor. Shift creates consoles over the northeast entrance (first floor outcrop) or over the terrace of the semi-buried basement (ground floor console).
The floor plan is organized around a staircase with an elevator that connects all floors in the center of the floor plan. The ground floor has a living room, kitchen, garage for 2 cars, storage and toilet for guests. The first floor next to the bedrooms has attached toilets. In the basement there are spaces for socializing, storage, laundry, engine room and guest toilet.
The house is a low energy consumption design. It is equipped with solar panels for hot water heating and photovoltaic panels.
