The house overhangs from the green vegetative frame with spaces that connect to the terrain and “capture” possible views. The desired assumption with the program content forms a floor plan in three spatial segments placed in an elongated row. In this composition, the central element is extended to the north, forming an entrance on the expanded side, and forming a terrace with a swimming pool on the extended side and the western, sufficiently drawn from the neighboring houses facing all orientations, with emphasis on the southern, maximally open. By pulling the three upper floors of the house to the west, into the depth of the plot, in relation to the regulation line, quality views are generated. It is precisely with this shift that the house moves away from the left and right neighbors, and quality views and position in relation to the immediate context age.
