The new architectural/conceptual design for the AMADRIA PARK HOTEL NIKO 5***** is located in the Amadria Park sea resort in Šibenik, Croatia. The main idea is to upgrade the existing hotel by adding new pavilions and additional services (outdoor pools, green areas, cabanas, restaurants, wine cellar and many other amenities, etc.) that will enhance the experience of the user enjoying of the amazing vistas towards the beautiful island of Zlarin on the Dalmatian coast. As with our conceptual proposal for the new Amadria Park Hotel Ivan 5*****, the architecture of the new pavilion responds to the need for a simplified design surrounded by dense greenery, all based on the existing design by the famous Croatian architect Boris Magaš which was completed during the 60’s.

COMPETITION FOR THE CENTRAL PART OF THE MAIN CITY AXIS IN KARLOVAC _1ST PRIZE IN ALL CATEGORIES

The city of Karlovac and the Association of Croatian Architects (UHA) announced the results of the public competition for the arrangement and construction of the central part of the main city axis in Karlovac, and we are very happy and proud to have won 1st prize in all categories (The wider area includes – zones A, B1 and B2 – survey part, Narrower zone includes – Zone A “Nazorova” – part for realization and Narrower zone includes – Zone A “Sarajevska” – part for realization) 🙂

STUDENT CANTEEN WITH PAVILIONS IN ZADAR_BIG SEE 2024 AWARD
