The project aims to provide the ultimate in modern luxury living at an exclusive location with amazing views to ‘El Golf de los Inkas’ in Lima, Peru. The design of the development with its alternating floor plates, provides a rich composition of solid and void spaces crafted, in such a way to create a unique texture and sculptural form with a play of shadow and light, void and solid. The buildings are intended to work together as an overall sculptural form avoiding the look of a typical “box” building. The shapes are dynamic and surprising and yet are supported using a straightforward structural system, where each floor is cantilevered from the central core spaces. The interior character of each unit is minimized to create a modern open loft, with floor-to-ceiling windows. Traditional partitions are eliminated in favor of floating “boxes” that hold services, such as restrooms and closets. These boxes are strategically positioned to provide privacy and separation of spaces. In construction they would be treated like rich furniture to create a sense of luxury, and preserve the flow of the loft concept. Parking is located below which allows the ground floor to open towards the street and the lobby to be a happening place for visitors and residents alike with access to a concierge. Additional amenities include a clubhouse, and swimming pool area located on the lowest level, enjoying the amazing vistas towards the golf course and the greenery.
