The building was adapted to the irregular shape and slopes on the plot. The volume is elongated so that each area can get more light and vistas. The building follows the modern trend of rational and minimalist design. The main volume is divided into two apartments for two different families on several floors, each with its own custom-shaped orientation to make the best of the site characteristics. At the junction of both apartments are located the common areas and entrance elevator, while each apartment has its own internal staircase.

The building consists of underground, ground floor and first floor layout. Vehicular and pedestrian access is from the elite Herzegovačka Street which was resolved as a plateau above the buried part of the project which houses some of the technical spaces. The pedestrian access apart from the Herzegovačka Street is also possible by the “Magdićeve” stairs. Both apartments have entrance hall with cloakroom and toilet facilities and in the ground floor the living room and kitchen are located. Each apartment has its own vertical connection with a single staircase that connects the floor where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located. The social area is oriented towards the south enjoying of the views of the City of Zagreb. Underneath the southern volume are the storage and technical room.

It is important to say that the house follows the track for a sustainable architecture for it utilizes heat pumps for heating and cooling, reducing considerably the amount of consumed energy for these purposes. Also the house is designed in such way that takes advantage of natural light.
